Friendly and helpful staff. This is a one-person operation for a pretty large area on the Gulf, so sometimes there can be a wait, but the person behind the counter is always helpful and tries to help everyone quickly.
Ann F.I'm a senior citizen and I could not get the trailer off the ball. There was no jack. I had to call for help and sat in my truck for over 15 minutes to get assistance where it took 2 men to lift the trailer off the hitch. I wish I knew about this before I rented it.
John L.Even though the posted hours said someone would be there, there was no one there. We just had to unhook the 26 foot truck and car hauler ourselves and try to park it in the correct places.
