You need to consider switching you large trucks over to diesel, and putting cruise control on all vehicles. You are losing market share to Penske because of your refusal to upgrade.

Facility had small window of operating hours. I was not made aware at time of reservation that I would be doing an after hours drop off, based on my drop off location and time window. It was difficult to figure out what to do. Also, I felt uncomfortable just leaving the trailer outside the facility gates in their driveway.

Teach or reteach employees about UHaul policies and procedures when renting out a truck. Don't give a dolly to someone else when it was already reserved and payed for. Go over the truck with customer to note any existing damage, adjust mirrors, etc. Teach employees about how to treat customers (it's called customer service). I will avoid this location in the future and would never send someone else there. I'm talking about the pick up location...not the drop off location.

I was disappointed that this station did not have balls for your trailer hitch available or a way to swap them out. Also, unhappy that I had to go even further away to pick up my trailer. Location should not have been changed after being made!

To have the rental agent go over the truck's condition with customer prior to taking it, The truck didnt have a lock on back & there should be a way to lock it.

I reserved my 5'X8" U-Haul trailer to be picked up at North Port, Pan American Blvd. one month a head of pickup time. On the day before I was to pick it up I had a call from U-Haul that I would have to go to Englewood to pick up the trailer. I was guaranteed a $50.00 discount for the inconvenient, however when I went to pick up the trailer, the rep didn't know anything about the discount. He said I had to call U-Haul.I want my $50.00 discount returned to my credit card. as I reserved one month ahead of schedule, there should have been no problems, and then I find out the day before pick up. Mary Ann Cilento Order # 21198009. The rep "Judy" was the person giving me the discount.

If their sign and web site say they open at 900 and close at 500 when you arrive at 410 they should not be closed . the same in the morning no one showed up until 940..
