The gas was almost empty. When I received the truck in the app wanted me to fill it up.
Shawn DThe U-Haul was filthy at pickup and the cab smelt like a marijuana lab. Charged me for gas that I did not use. No one at the location during pickup. This location is not recommended to use as a pick up location.
ROBYN HFix the U-Haul app! I almost gave this location a bad rating but it had nothing to do with them. The U-Haul app costed me so much time and money that day
Dennis AWorst experience I ever had. I could not pick up the truck at the location where we had our household items stored. So we had to go to another location TLC adult daycare center. After completing an application on on my PHONE, which was nothing short of the paperwork involved when checking into a hospital, could not get Code to open lockbox to retrieve key to truck. No one was at the pickup location. FINALLY talked to someone at U-Haul who was able to get us the code. Checking out was almost as bad. The ironic part is I had rented a truck two weeks prior and you should have already approved me for use. NEVER AGAIN!!!
