Dropped off the truck after hours. Did talk to staff early in the day. They were very helpful and was told to call back if any other questions. Everything was clearly marked when dropping the truck off after hours.
Darlene B.This location was closed for the week, when I needed to return my car transporter....therefore I returned it to the other location on western reserve rd. at lube stop. This way someone was there when it was returned. I would like to compliment Darren, the regional manager for this area. He was extremely helpful & friendly. He really helped me out with making it convenient to return my transporter. He took the time to take my call, even though he was out on the road driving. Thank you so much Darren & the customer service member who connected me with him.
