Dropped the rental off after hours but called pryer and the lady was very nice.

Michael Smobile service didn't work person I chatted with couldnt comprehend that reference used was the drivers father, despite the different phone numbers from different states. Once pointed out, they disconnected me! The place we picked up wasn't supposed to be open until 9am but fortunately someone got there early and processed the transaction for us otherwise we would have been even further behind our tight schedule. This chat session should be reviewed and the person who deliberately disconnected me should be evaluated by a supervisor.

Lynda RDropped off the truck after hours. Did talk to staff early in the day. They were very helpful and was told to call back if any other questions. Everything was clearly marked when dropping the truck off after hours.
Darlene BThis location was closed for the week, when I needed to return my car transporter....therefore I returned it to the other location on western reserve rd. at lube stop. This way someone was there when it was returned. I would like to compliment Darren, the regional manager for this area. He was extremely helpful & friendly. He really helped me out with making it convenient to return my transporter. He took the time to take my call, even though he was out on the road driving. Thank you so much Darren & the customer service member who connected me with him.

Carlos NWe had a problem with the app working for am. after hours drop off. Our problem was resolved bit we had to wait a long time on hold to speak with a customer service rep.
Mary Gfyi...The truck has leak in cargo mother box area in top right corner when looking into cargo box. U haul app really stinks. Took several attempts to upload photos for verification when picking up truck and when dropping off had to call customer service to close out order. Also called this location to let them know and no one called me back.

JEFFREY ZTruck was clean and location was easy to navigate. However, I do Believe the truck is in need of repair. The ride was extremely bumpy, and yes I did deactivate the tow/haul while driving unloaded. Thankfully I only needed for 15 miles

john nThis truck was much better than the last one. The first one had a extremely bad driveline vibration at light, to partial throttle at 35 and again at about 60 mph. I let them know when I returned it This one had a slight vibration, but with as long as the drive shafts are, I would expect some.

patrica cOne tire was low on air at pickup and the truck was covered in 6 inches of snow that we had to clean off. The truck should have been cleaned off.

BRIANS CThe truck wasn't particularly clean. Not bad enough that I'd complain but not good enough that I'd call it "clean." The bigger issue was that the check engine light was on. I checked it with a handheld reader and multiple cylinders were misfiring.
Gregory HUhaul app would not work for me for pick up or drop off. However they were great to deal with at this location. Would be my preferred place to rent from if I had to again.
Cody MMy faith in U-haul has been restored, unfortunately the same from the renting facility CAN NOT be said! Getting accessed a $25.00 and $1.98 cleaning/tax fee for a truck that was picked up with the previous renters garbage and trash (rotting food, various drink bottles and Jergans hand lotion) scattered throughout the front and back of the truck was outrageous!! Then when calling the facility to discuss the erroneous charges that I was being penalized for and being talked to by the gentleman (who wasn't even the original extremely accommodating and extremely nice lady) gave me an attitude was the final straw. I will never ever recommend this facility to anyone! This could have very easily been taken care of. I realize that mistakes are made (I make them all the time). Whether it was a case of someone not checking in the truck from the previous renter or checking it in and seeing and smelling the horrendous condition and forgetting to clean it before it was rented back out is one thing but to question someone's integrity that used a truck for a total of 21 miles over 4 hours was ridiculous. This for me was a total matter of principal... I hope the attempted $25 dollar cleaning fee and $1.98 cleaning tax fee was worth my aggravation and your bad review (renting facility). Either way U-haul the company (after I had to put a payment hold on my credit card plus multiple late evening phone calls to corporate) made it right.
