Everything was fine until the drop off. The QR code I scanned was difficult to navigate and location would not work no matter what instructions I followed. It took me 30 minutes in the rain to figure it all out. Not a user friendly system after hours at all.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOne of the easiest, quickest drop offs I’ve had with renting trucks.
Jeff GVery good experience.
Russell RWater leaked through and damaged my stuff
Carolyn HDesk agent was friendly and checked me in very quickly. There was some loose soil on the trailer floor from the previous renter. 1 tire was at 44psi and the other was at 55psi. Sticker showed tires should be at 65psi.
