I had made a reservation for a 26 foot truck. Uhaul cancelled my reservation and did not contact me to let me know they cancelled it because that size truck wasn't available. I showed up to get it and there was no truck. The person there was very helpful and was able to get me a 20 foot truck. But it ended up costing me an extra trip since the truck was too small so the mileage cost was double what i had anticipated.

The only issue we had was the braking system on the rented trailer was not working properly!! The trailer had automatic brakes but i am pretty sure the plunger that activated them was set up..

The experience was not the greatest we had booked a van to be picked up in Hastings MI at least 4 weeks before we needed it, on the day before we were to get it we were told that there was not one available at that location and that there was one 21 miles away. When I called to say we needed a 26 footer at other location it was gone so another location was given that was a 45 minute drive away. The guy at the call Center offers us an extra 50 miles to compensate us but that was just enough to cover us to get to our selected location. We had to use our own vehicle to travel there and back and the extra gas in the truck to get back to Hastings before we could use the truck! Why could they have not had it delivered to our location the day before so it was there when we requested it to be, it seems as though Uhaul does not care about customer service just the money. It was two hours wasted in my already busy day to move house just for their convenience and at my expense I will look for another provider if I ever need to rent another truck

The mobile app is a bit lengthy to get the truck and to turn it back in so give yourself an extra ten minutes or so. Although it was lengthy it was easy, very convenient and I would use it again for any future needs!

Didn't seem to have any Idea on where to drop the truck off. Tried to look it up and gave me an address in Cedar Falls, but it was not correct. Don't know if it was this location fault or just a snafu in the system. The folks were very cordial and responsive.
