App wouldn't accept the location outside the gate, there's a number for "24/7” assistance and it went to voicemail. Dropped my keys off in the box the night before my reservation ended and the next day it was still active and "overdue." Called and got no help, told to call this person at this time, called another person and was told that info was incorrect. Truck was moved but they didn't update my reservation, had to sneak through the gate to finish the checkout.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was alright
Sara AKyle got me in and out. I was able to check teh 15' truck back in after hours via the app, so it was ready for the next customer. When we need a truck again, this is the place we will go to rent a truck.
DEAN RAreas of improvement. Accessibility to the property. Having a bigger return lot would significantly help smooth the return process.
Daena HI've rented from Hines Self Storage multiple times and highly recommend them. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is convenient, and their equipment is always well-maintained.
