Tried planning this move weeks in advance. Everyone kept pointing to the internet even the Perryton Uhaul Representative. Wished someone had recommended downloading the Uhaul application in the first place. There is a big difference. I needed a bigger truck. Adding an additional trailer needed to be done in advance since the weekend location was closed in Perryton. Loading the truck would have been difficult with trailer already hooked up and I thought there was a reason for the dealer pre hookup uhaul rule. After hours Uhaul communications are worthless. Constantly put in a recording options loop. Had to get external equipment help. Uhaul had the equipment but lacked in service. Downloading the app was very helpful but I found out late. Town Representative could have helped more but words were very limited. RECOMMEND THE APP! not just point to the internet. I Don't do this all the time!
Ernesto CI deal with Parkview on a regular basis and have had zero failure from previous experiences. Unlike pickup location, lots of boxes, packing material, pads, dollies, tie-downs, tape and everything you could need for a U-Haul move.

Tim MThe location I delivered my uhaul to was the worst. They were unfriendly, I cleaned the uhaul and I still got charged a cleaning fee. I delivered the uhaul on the day I was supposed to and I was still charged an extra day fee. I am highly not satisfied with this
