The manager took great care of me. He returned my initial phone call very quickly, was pleasant and polite throughout the experience, and went beyond to offer me extra time with the truck if I needed it Checking the truck back in was a breeze.
Dawn JNot being annoyed by the process, especially when you signed up to have vehicles on site. It was mentioned on the phone he is trying to run an auto shop which I understand so maybe not doing U-Haul if it seems to be too much. Doing a walkthrough of the vehicle Ensuring the equipment is there Listening to the customer and not saying this happened to another customer in Cantonment, this doesn't look good if it keeps occuring.
Amber GI was not able to talk to anyone at this location. I called several times but was sent to voicemail that was full each time I called. This location did not have adequate parking for trucks.
Walter MI experienced a lot of difficulties with my return using the app. I reached out to uhaul and the phone support was also not able to help me complete my return. Spending nearly two hours trying to finalize the return after a long day a moving was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am hoping that you upgrade your app and IT support prior to my next move.
