The wait was way too long. Which cost me extra time that I didn't have. No one even apologized for it taking so long. Also it's a hassle that they don't just fill up the gas tank. That should be mandatory. I thought that's why you do it online so you don't have the wait! Very aggravating!!

I will never again use U-Haul from this location ever again. And I will be sure to tell everyone willing to listen how HORRIBLE my experience was. I ended up paying 75 more dollars than I should have because the gentlewoman who rented me the U-Haul made an error. An error I had to pay for even after U-Haul customer service escalated the situation and Told me I did not have to pay the fee. Completely unacceptable customer service all the way around. LOST MY BUSINESS
Tori LThey charged me for an extra day although I returned the vehicle in time. The vehicle "Check-In" was listed at 7:45 PM Sunday Night when I returned it around 10:30 AM Sunday morning. They also charged me $10 in gas even though I filled up the tank to the exact place I rented the vehicle.
Jeffrey KI was overcharged on my rental. I rented the 15 Ft truck for one day and was charged for 3 days by Rachels Market because the owner was not in on Sunday when I returned the truck to the store and handed the key to the store clerk. I reached out to the location and was told they could not help me. I called U-Haul and the customer service rep indicated it would be taken care of but still have not received my credit.
Keith CWas charged for a dolly. No dolly was on the truck. Even told the cashier that there was no dolly in the said truck. Was then charged $100 for missing equipment. Will never spend money there again.
