. Prior to renting I had called twice to get quotes. First time I was told the price would be $54.95. The second time I was told it would cost $73:95 And then when I rented it cost $83.95. Staff were not friendly to deal with. She was very snobby and had a smirk the whole time. The debit machine would not work properly. When I hooked up the trailer it was very dirty and the license plate was very damaged. The whole experience was terrible. Would not rent here again and will definitely be telling my friends about my experience.

The truck rolling door was very hard to open and close. This was a secondary location from where we were suppose to pick up the gaurenteed reseved rental truck. The location staff was helpful... The reservation staff and customer service staff was not... Still waiting on a promised call back from Jan 23rd issues.
