i did not have a reservation. i showed up around 9 am and saw about 5 other people waiting for their trucks. i though i would be there for a long time waiting to see if they had any trucks available. but it only took about ten min for the gentleman who was working to take care of all the people who were there all while the phones were ringing off the hook. the young man kept his composure and took care of the people accordingly. very professional. when it was my turn, he had a truck available and a storage unit at a better price than any in town. i will rent from them again

I was kept waiting a lot, to arrange for the rental vehicle. The employees took calls, and did all kinds of other duties, while I waited patiently to get going. We got back to the office turn the vehicle back in, several minutes before 4pm. The office was already closed! Disappointing, to say the least! Thanks!

Since the drop off was after hours, I'm unable to provide valid feedback on most of the questions. I will say that the return via the website was very efficient. My one concern was that I left the truck sliding door unlocked. No way to prevent a theft of the dolly or blankets.

Had to drive 40 miles to pick up the trailer then 40 miles back to load the vehicle. At least 3 other uhaul locations were within 12 miles of me one being less than 2 miles from my house. It would have been much better to be able to pick up the trailer at one of those locations. Makes me wonder just how far you would make a customer go to pick up the requested equipment?

We rented a 12 x 6 enclosed trailer with a tandem axle. The rear left tire blew out. The responding workers to repair the trailer wheel had to come from over 70 miles away. There were other local cities and I wonder why there's not a contract with auto club of Southern California or other tire repair companies that can provide quicker service. The gentleman who fix the tire was A real nice guy, but having to wait over an hour plus was a little inconvenient.

No one was at the office on the day I was supposed to return the trailer. A guy who had keys to the yard happened to be there and let me leave it in the yard. I didn't get a receipt showing I returned it in good shape and on time. This is not good!

do not return or rent this guy has zero customer skills at all.this guy called us at least 3 to 4 hrs before return time wanting truck return claiming to have a cust waiting To rent .when we did return he had a truck available to rent .we are due to rent on the 30th will cancel from this location.
