Communication skills were poor. I have don't many contactless pickups since covid has occurred. I began the process as I have done in the past. As I was a man approached and stated we could not enter the lot as he was assisting someone else. I followed them to their office location. I inquired with them the process as it was contactless and I was confused. They stated do whatever contactless instruction were for Uhaul. I stated it asks for us to locate the vehicle, he said go ahead and find the truck. As I do and return to the office he hands me the keys and says take the truck. I proceed to leave and finish by doing the milage and images of damage on the truck before leaving another man approached and stated I could not be back there and since I had an issue they would cancel my reservation. I was confused and upset. I asked what the problem was? He stated I wasn't allowed on the lot and since I had an issue I could go else where. I asked again what they were pertaining too. They said their employee told them I was already told not to be on the lot and I had a problem. I informed this man the situation and how I have used co tactless before, I was approached by the employee followed them to the office. I inquired what their contactless procedures were and why I was being stopped? They told me to follow Uhauls instruction and that meant locating the vehicle and he said I could. Once I did he handed me the keys and said I could leave. So and now I am getting ready to leave as I am taking pictures of the truck and scratches before I leave and you have now stopped me. So my question is now you are canceling my reservation? He stated this is not how it works, Hurry up and finish with your pictures and take the truck for your reserved time I will contact Uhaul. Definitely better Communication skills and customer service skills.Susan N.

I reserved the van for 7:30am and THE VAN WAS NOT OUTSIDE FOR PICK UP. I called Uhaul and they said the facility wasn't told they had an early pick up scheduled. I had to wait for the place to open up before I could rent my van. Defeats the purpose of an early reservation, don't you think? Then on the mobile check in the photos of the vehicle weren't even the vehicle I was renting. The photos in the selection was a pickup truck and I was renting a van. I tried to upload new photos and couldn't. When I returned the truck the process was simple enough.Carla C.

They reschedule me for both reservations at two diffrentocations after the fact, drop off didnt want to take both of my rentals for some reason, spent over 4 hours on the phone the last 5 days, there were false charges off 500 dollars from your Texaa branch I had to inquire about amd correct. All of these things on top of the vast, long move change my mind about uhaul. I will never be affiliated with you and will continue to spread the news of my horrific experience with you verbally and through social media.Mane V.
The truck ran horribly. Sounded like it had mechanical issues. The truck was filthy and smelled so bad it left my belongings with a horrible stench. I was quoted a much lower price when I made the reservation and then charged $150 over quoted price. I'd really like to talk to someone about this.Joshua P.

Location is a repair shop with junker cars and uninviting. The trucks and trailers are located next to cars in various states of disrepair. Very surprised by the condition of the location. The staff, however, was very efficient,Stephen K.
