TERRI M.My rental experience was great. The truck was there waiting for us and in good, clean condition. Richard, who checked us in and out was very professional and helpful. We had previously rented a truck from one location but when we tried to rent from there again, we were redirected to a different location but no explanation was given. This was a little confusing. Perhaps the web site could explain why our pick up location was changed. Also we never got a confirmation for our order. We ended up calling the location we were to pick up from just to make sure all was in order (which it was).
