It was in the middle of nowhere with not much light and barely anywhere to park the trailer and no directions on where to park it exactly.

UHauls gas return is rediculous! When we got truck we understood half a tank! That is where it was! Upon return we had to argue with ckerk about gas! We literally drove a total of nineteen miles! It was ridiculous how you record the gas between a half and 5/8!! Please fix this! Your gage does not read that way so why would you rip people off for a few gallons of gas?? I will never rent uhaul again nor will I recommend! I used your truck, parked for 10 days and paid a ridiculous amount! Just fix the gas expectations please for future customers. A half tank is an easy fix!! Not a happy customer! 😩😩😩

The dealer was very rude and disrespectful. He wanted me to back up the 26ft truck into a tight spot..have it all on video. The man told me it is NOT his job to back up the truck. I was so upset then the other man told me he would cancel my reservation. I needed that trailer so I tried my best to back up the truck however I was not able to and the man finally backed it up for me. As he was hooking up the car port he told me to stop recording but I did not..I would NEVER go back to that location.

The member who disconnected the trailer from my jeep lifted it so far it exploded when if collapsed back to the ground.

Nothing, your employee was great. Worked with me to find a vehicle when all were out or reserved. Had a late arrival from another customer, called me to get me a truck in which i needed the 30th not the next day.

The staff at the mini mart were rude and told me I was complaining too much about the truck being dirty. They also proceeded to tell me he didn't care because he's only making $5 off of my rental anyway.
