HiGuys, this is . The only reason I'm giving such a low rate on this review is because we rented a box truck a bit over a week ago. I had to get a storage locker emptied. The problem with the truck before we ever left was we had to get the guy to undo the lock on back of the truck. Wasn't an easy thing. SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED RIGHT THEN...IT WASN'T. I wasn't really sure how long it would take. By the time we loaded and got the stuff to the new place. We took a lunch break. I had to leave truck on street with a lock we couldn't use. We were tired and wanted to leave the unloading til the next day ( within the 24-hrs). Couldn't because of a bad lock that really should have been replaced before we left the yard.
