I .made the reservation online which said it was guaranteed. I then get a call from the place saying my truck isn't available and may not be available at all that day. The person kept offering me another size or further location which wasn't going to help. In the end at the last minute, the truck was available, however this mismanagement caused me much unnecessary stress. I also rented 2 dollies that no one helped me load. I had to load them and they were heavy. The next day, I kept getting notifications and emails for a new truck reservation which I did not make. I called the place and that same person said he accidentally used my info for someone else's reservation. He said he would take care of it but did not. I went online and that reservation was showing on my account. I had to cancel it because it wasn't my reservation and I didn't want to get charged for someone else's reservation. This may have caused an issue for the other customer as well so this lack of attention and carelessness isn't ok if you want a successful business and a happy repeat customer.
GRACE HPeter was a great help. He knows well his job , he helped with filling gas and parking the giant 26” truck. Highly recommended place. I have no concerns . Well done Peter
