The owner helped us fix our mistake and drop it off in Henrietta and NOT return it to his shop. He was very nice and patient with us.

No phone number is listed on-line to contact the location. U-Haul customer service was very helpful and friendly, but was also unable to provide a phone number. I was unable to confirm the availability to return equipment earlier than the time I scheduled on-line.
BRIAN CThey were more than accommodating. Was not informed of the extra charges I would insure for having to keep the truck and trailer. We had lake effect snow and lake effect snow advisory and was informed not to go out on the roads yet still charged for those days when I was informed that UHaul will work with you due to that. They did not and charged me for those days as well. The staff at this place were friendly and helpful. A lot more helpful than down south. Listened to my gripes and complaints with an understanding ear. Which I appreciated immensly.
