Don't think it is this locations fault but my whole experience with my reservation was ridiculous. The traffic manager did what he could to get me the reserved vehicle I requested. The call I got the day before I was to leave said the only 10ft truck available would eventually be at the Clearwater Missouri rd not where I requested a block from my house in Palm Harbor. I drove by that location on Saturday and saw at least three 10 ft trucks in their lot.William T.
It wasn't so much the location, as the mobile process. That was the worst experience I've ever had. I would recommend this location, but I would strongly encourage anyone to avoid the mobile process. For some reason, and I had no idea, a third person (not a driver) was needed to call and confirm I was renting a truck? So my boss was called at 7:45 AM on Easter Morning. Wth?Rachel F.
Need to be very careful with this location. I picked up a van and brought it back three hours later, but I foolishly left the keys with someone who didn't handle the U-Haul stuff. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE. I got my final bill later in the day and realized I got charged a $25.00 cleaning fee (for what, I have no idea - I left nothing in the cab.) Recommend that when you return your rental to this location, you walk the person out to the van, watch them inspect the vehicle, and settle your bill on site to ensure you don't get any surprises later.David F.

Didn't have size needed for reservation. We needed a 10 foot or a 15 foot van. Ended up with 17 foot which was too big. Ended up costing way too much. There was a 10 foot that was there when we arrived and dropped off but thought it was reserved.ROBERT R.
Wear a mask in the middle of a pandemic while helping customers. It is state mandated no way around it. Also was very confused about the payment process however it was fixed swiftly.Moody A.
