This place sucked they were rude would never go there again would not recommend this place to anyone they charged me and are still charging my account even though it was returned had car trouble had to leave it somewhere else got the okay from U-Haul but this place keeps sending me rather trying to take money out of my account. The people there suck never never will I rent anything from a U-Haul there they need to be taken out of renting from there

ALAN MFill the gas tank. I filled it, $140, and ended up barely using half of what I put in. Give it to me full and I’ll fill it before I return it.

AUSTIN HIt was not easy to figure out which of the surrounding businesses were in charge of the uhauls. When I asked for a dolly, the dolly was not secured and ended up slamming around the back of the truck as a result. Additionally, my reservation was for a different location, but due to a U-Haul system issue, a flag was placed on my account. I spent almost an hour waiting for MULTIPLE customer agents to not figure out the issue. I ended up having to create a new reservation and switch locations due to this system issue.

Chris RThe vehicle has a miniscule fuel gauge that makes it really difficult to figure out exactly how much fuel was used up. I was told that the vehicle I rented has a 19 - 20 miles / gal fuel efficiency. On that basis I filled it a little over 1 gallon on return, as I had used it for 20 miles. However I was changed for 2 additional gallons at a very inflated price. Had I known that the vehicle had such low fuel efficiency and had the gauge been bigger, I would have filled up the right amount of fuel on return. This has left me with a bad feeling about the whole process.

JAYSHAWN KLocation was sketchy and he had me pull out the truck from behind the building between two other uhauls. Very unsafe not renting from this location again.

TRACY MMy pick up location was moved 3 times. I was forced to take more time off because of the amount of time it took for me to pick up the trailer. Terrible customer service. I was never informed the location I was supposed to pick up had double booked. They sent me to a different location and I was just about to arrive at that location I was called and sent to yet another location. Horrible experience and cost me even more money because I had to take more time off. I never fill these out unless I've had a good experience. This was just awful.

GARY Kthe guy responsible didn't even check the van before he gave it to me, the tire pressure was off thank god I was only going about 15 minutes each way. I thought that was very dangerous to not check the dashboard on the car for any warnings. all 4 tires were off the correct pressure not kool.
HEIDEY OMake sure you get them the right size truck at the right location. I had to go 30 miles further away to get the truck.i don't think I should be charged for the extra miles because of the location being changed
ROBERT CTurned the truck in at 8:30 pm but they didn't check it in until 6:03 am the next day. The attendant told me it would be check in by 8:40 the night before.
Timothy HTo make the truck cleaner in the front and put some air freshener so it smells better.
CHUCHI PI asked for a truck that I could drop off in a location in the city I was moving to and was told I would be charged a fee. I don't have a car, so I had to uber back to my new place with my toddler. It was very inconvenient. I thought that because I asked for it to be one way online, that's what I was getting but was informed otherwise by the person at the counter. The dash was dirty and so were the floors.

robyn bDon't price gouge your trusted, returning customers during a widespread emergency. We believe the $35 dollar fuel charge should have been waived in this situation. The charge was in addition to the fuel fee of $30 because we returned the van without refilling the 8 gallons we used due to hours long fuel lines at the scarce gas stations that had fuel. The fuel shortage was due to back to back hurricanes Helene and Milton. We lost most everything in these storms and rented the van to salvage enough to fill a small storage unit. Upon returning the van, the clerk refused to give us a bill or tell us how much it will be. He said, "don't worry, you will get it all in an email and it will be taken care of". It is extremely disappointing and distressing to be price-gouged during this experience. We will never return to this business again.

MICHAEL WLocated Inside the Mobil gas station, the location looks small but they have lot of trucks comparable to big Uhaul locations. Employees are very helpful. will recommend to any one looking for truck rentals.
KEYUR DVery convenient location, but it is inside of a gas station. Would benefit from better signage.
LEONARD AThe location never provided the key for the lock chained to the back rolling door. When I called, their suggestion was to try to use the truck's ignition key????
