Only 1 issue, I stopped at BP on 87th Cicero just prior to my return of the van. The gas pump cut off at $6.00 and the tank engaged on full. After reviewing my receipt it showed I had 3/4 of a tank and UHaul also put $7.65 in gas and $1.00 for Environmental fee. That don't quite figure up!LORAINE J.
After I arrived at this location hoping to pick up my rental truck that was a reservation I was at this location waiting in line and for my truck for almost an hour. Very unorganized! After seeing other customers park.cars by uhaul trucks I decided to park there too. Only to be told to move my car to other side. Every customer park their did not move their cars. Then, I was told at counter because of CO-VID, take a picture of my driver license on my phone after a link was sent. The link sent to my phone never worked and she did have to touch my drivers license. What about my catching CO-VID from her touching my drivers license, my signing signature on pad with finger or pen. It should be sanitizer upfront for customers to use to be safe from CO-VID as well. I also had to approve or deny the condition of the truck. I necer rented a ragedy, dented, low tire pressure truck. While moving I had to stop twice and put air in my tires because it looked almost like a flat. I asked for a 24 hour truck rental and who ever made my reservation only put in a 6 hour rental and only time available was 4:45..I wanted a truck for 10am. I was overcharged for the ragedy rental truck! I got rude emails and calls from managers about my keeping the truck and other families not being able to use truck for their reservations. What about my family? A hour to pick up the truck made me unable to drive all the to Alsip, IL to drop off my belongings in storage unit already paid for befor they close. So. I end of renting another storage unit from Uhaul. How dare the associate say "Because of CO-VID I could not hand her my drivers license but yet she still touched her hands all over. Customers were not practicing 6 feet, in fact one customer was sitting his rear end on a stack of boxes on display. Some customer did not even have a mask on. This facility should be tltraimed.more about CO-VID, professional customer service. I will never return to this facility for anything! Over two-hundred dollars for a damn rental truck is terrible!!!!!!Charmika J.
I had to leave the trailer - after waiting nearly 30 minutes- without receiving any documentation because your computer system was down. You really need to get it together U-haul.Steven C.
Everything went perfect with the service, your employees Marc and PJ where exceptionable outstanding and overall amazing with great customer service and great attitudes! One exception not regarding to their fault, but the system however was crashing which made it harder for them to do their job which again was not their fault..... again kudos to PJ and MarcEugene S.

The whole process to rent was so easy. Did it all with my phone. Went in to buy boxes and the gentleman who was there was very helpful, friendly and patient. My only negative is that the dolly I ordered with the rental was not in the truck. Paid for it but never had it. Not sure if it was something I had to ask for since it was my first time renting.Talia V.
