I was pleasantly surprised. We dropped off at the location on a Sunday morning about 8am. They were closed, but had a phone number for customers to call for service. They promptly answered the phone, provided the gate codes and let us in. We dropped the trailer and were on our way in less than five minutes. Good setup!

I had questions called back the night day she told me call 1800-GO-UHAUL The uhaul needed a oil change the gas light was on when I got in it feel like it was pulling and didn't want to get up and go I moved from one city to another and it was terrible and that was the only uhaul they had available Maybe they didn't know it needed work
