I was pleasantly surprised. We dropped off at the location on a Sunday morning about 8am. They were closed, but had a phone number for customers to call for service. They promptly answered the phone, provided the gate codes and let us in. We dropped the trailer and were on our way in less than five minutes. Good setup!

The lady was in training didn't explain the whole charge and the different fees I got hit with What's a environmental fee??? I had questions called back the night day she told me call 1800-GO-UHAUL The uhaul needed a oil change the gas light was on when I got in it feel like it was pulling and didn't want to get up and go I moved from one city to another and it was terrible and that was the only uhaul they had available Maybe they didn't know it needed work

My Professional opinion would be to tell you to hire more people like Tiffany, She knows her job, she knows her customers, Her professionalism shines through. Her assistance is invaluable. Her dedication is admirable. The vehicle I used worked very well, was clean and had no issues. The ride was as smooth as any car I have driven. I look forward to my next opportunity to rent from the Eagle mini mart U Haul location and highly recommend them to all who are in need of a rental vehicle. S/R Art

Give out the gate code. We got locked inside for over an hour and had to call 911 bc no one would answer the two numbers listed and 1-800 uhaul didn't have code!!

My experience was awesome! I don't think there is much more you can do to improve. Customer service was excellent she knew what she was doing and gave me positive advice on how to return the truck if it was after hours. I would recommend anyone to rent from this specific location.

Owner was great. He gave me a brief tutorial and warmed up the cab of the truck (30° morning) while we completed contract. He also wished me Safe Travels, which was a nice gesture.

Horrible customer service, they will over charge you and not explain to you why in details. Equipment needs work as it's very old. This place is a total scam. Never will work with them ever again.

Had to drive 20 miles one way to pick truck up so that's 40 miles round trip at .99 smile that I had to pay just to pick up and drop off uhaul... and the rear end sounded so bad I thought it was gonna fall out any min.. therefore didn't even use it but for 1 load and parked it and used own trailer for all other loads....
