Gail CPoorly set up. The key location was located across a busy street. Today was snowy, the u haul was not scraped off I didn’t have a snow brush. The lot in which the u haul was stored was not plowed. The check in and check out process in the app took forever to load. Overall this made my move which was already stressful enough more stressful. I would not recommend this service.
Makayla SLarry was so nice and accommodating…he met us 2 hours before he opened so we could get started packing sooner. It was very nice of him to go above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend him!
