The individual who checked us in was great. He was customer oriented and ensured that fuel allocation was correct and corrected discrepancies with our order. Truck was not clean and the windshield was smeared and dirty making it difficult in morning glare from sun. The worse part was the customer service when we returned the truck. I was berated verbally for not noticing the text with a link to verify condition and fuel tank level. The person checking us in never mentioned it. Although he was kind enough to say even though the contract said full fuel it o my had 1/4 tank and he verified that visually. Even when I explained that the gentleman with a beard and NO MASK continued to chastise and berate us. I will never recommend this place. PS the bathroom was disgusting.

Excellent event, they were there when they said they would be, the truck ran perfectly and they were flexible with the return timing, even though it wasn't necessary. I would go here again any time.

UHaul is a side trade for the business at this location. Main reason for renting there was proximity and the availability of the van given my last minute decision to rent. The staff was very helpful and addressed my needs just fine.

Needed to submit return vehicle while still in truck. We had taken a picture of the milage and gas and locked the truck. Then we realized we were charged an additional 20 dollars since we couldn't upload the picture to the sight. It should have been done while still inside the vehicle.

Waited almost an hour due to confusion over a truck, the truck supposedly wasn't at the location, then they had it, the. They didn't. Turns out the right truck was there the whole time so we waited for no reason at all. Breaks in the vehicle were not good at all.

The back of the truck was clean but the cab of the truck, every surface that I would touch or where I would set my water bottle had OBVIOUSLY NOT BEEN CLEANED. Considering that we are in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic I found this extreamly alarming. I would not rent from this location nor would I suggest it to anyone I know as a location to rent from!

IT was great! I would have preferred that the employees wore mask during covid 19 but they were professional and polite nonetheless. Great experience!

Location was great and the staff was great. Once i loaded up the trailer the tire had a slow air leak. I had to keep adding air to the tire during my trip.
