Back in the day when picking up a vehicle it had a full tank of petrol. This made it easy upon returning because we simply returned the vehicle with a full tank gas. Now they send out trucks with 9/16 of a tank âš ï¸ WTF 勞â" who's the brainiac who though of this and then convinced their colleagues to embrace the ideaâ" It's a pain in the ass to watch the gas gage, and if you go overâ" tough luck. Stupid policy

Customer service . Was called after I called and told them I'll need till the next day becouse I got it stuck in my yard and the lady rudely said I need that truck I got someone here who needs it . then to top it off try to charge me for a bunch of over mileage and whatever because my credit card company called me and told me that they try to charge $360 for one day over. Yo you got some serious crooked stuff going on here.
