RACHEL SWe dropped off the truck 22.5 hours BEFORE it was due. We dropped it off at 3:30 on 6/10 and did not get a confirmation receipt until 2pm on 6/11. There was no rental assistance on site when we dropped off. VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!!!!!
