. This comment is my experience with the location, staff, and truck was wonderful. My problem actually is with corporate U-Haul. The ONLINE paperwork for checking truck damage and being liable for damage is horrendous for people that are disabled! THERE NEEDS TO BE A SECOND OPTION!!!!!!! (Paper) I am disabled and with that have some challenges, especially with computers and scrolling, blowing up images,etc. . Having to go onto the computer or phone, try and blow up the image and mark my damage was horrendous. . I had a migraine that day, and I was unable to do that. I asked UHAUL rep if there was another option and was told that this is the way U-Haul's procedure is. You cannot even see the dents or scratches on your phone, when you blow up the image!!!. The images are so far away and UHAL gets the whole truck )in the pictureâ€¦which makes it difficult for the client to REALLY see the actual dents and scratches. THIS, in return makes client more liable for damage and causes unnecessary frustration for the client because you're not sure if the company already has it in computer . You have no previous information to compare your damage or staff to verify and to visibility agree that there is damage and indicate it on a report. The staff is no longer going around the truck with you do to this online report. iNow, I am liable. This is time wasted on the actual client who needs to move , This problem affects others as well as it causes congestion in your local UHAUL parking lot. I understand the concept because it's easier for your company. We can upload pictures to help you so that you could mark the truck and upload new videos to make it easier for the your company. Great concept. However, UHaul does/did not consider the disabled. It was nerve-racking for someone that is disabled, I am glad somebody else was able to help me in the parking lot with the online paperwork as there was no other option. I just wanted to mention this as it truly was on my heart. IlPreviouly, I was the Budget truck manager in Delaware . Perhaps , I am an advocate now with my own challenges and just want to help others with disabilities . I look forward to seeing some changes in your policy so that when I get another truck in approximately 2-3weeks, it will be better!!Christina J.

When returning after hours I parked the van outside of the security fence. Maybe a designated space with a clear sign indicating it. Other than that, office staff was AWESOME especially when I had to ask for additional days then the original date of return. I like the locations cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. Easy peasy, I and out and the app worked well. I'll be renter another van when I get my next payroll. Van was clean, everything worked as it should. It fel safe to drive and secure to keep my haul locked inside for the overnight. Also, the location of this particular U-Haul was VERY CLOSE, VERY ACCESSIBLE, Like I said....easy out and easy return..Thomas B.
