My rental period was from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, the store did not open until approximately 9:05 AM because the staff were running late. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no arrangement for returning the vehicle after business hours. The key drop-off box was inaccessible because the gate was locked. I attempted to call the store multiple times but received no answer. The following day, I went back to the location to return the keys, only to find the gate locked again, with nobody answering the phone. Two days later, the store finally contacted me and informed me that I would continue to be charged until the keys were returned. I work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so returning the keys during regular business hours was not possible until Saturday. It is extremely frustrating to be held responsible for additional charges when the store itself failed to provide a reasonable after-hours return option or respond to repeated phone calls. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. The lack of organization, communication, and customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy pickup was scheduled for 8:00 a.m.; however, the store does not open until 9:00 a.m. As a result, I had to spend an entire hour waiting outside in the cold. The location is quite remote, with no convenience stores or other nearby businesses where I could wait comfortably. This was a very inconvenient experience, and the pickup schedule should have taken the store's opening hours into consideration.
