Truck was not at Tulane location. Had to go to St Claude location to pick up the truck. The problem is that poor service in New Orelans will never have any consequences. That's just the way New Orleans works.

I waited over an hour and a half to be helped. I had a reservation but it took almost 2 hours to be in front of line. Then when I told the employee that wait was ridiculous she became rude and raised her voice. I secretly recorded her. I plan on putting on you tube and FB, as this was absolutely the worst I've ever been treated as a customer

The pick up and verification time really slows the process. Creates long lines. This was the second trailer we picked up that day. The first was at a different location and took an hour to get through the line. The manager at this location was pleasant and patient. Staffing at peak times should be increased to provide a better, more efficient customer experience.

Had a 6:30am pick up using smartphone and got to a point where I needed to call for assistance. On hold for over 20min. Store was to open at 7am, but manager did not show up to 8am to open with a dozen customers waiting. This is unacceptable.

Wanda was very professional. She was the only one there, but did her best to take care of the customers. One customer's attitude bothered her, but she professionally asked her to stop. She didn't allow her negativity to be taken out on other customers.

I was not greeted or addressed in any manner by the uhaul staff as I waited for around 20 min to be helped (yes they were working on other reservations but a "we will be with you shortly," would have been appreciated). The process to actually obtain the uhaul took a long time and was worked into my rental time as opposed to my rental time starting after the contract was completed. This caused quite a bit of stress as I ended up having around three hours to use the uhaul as opposed to the four that were expected. When I got into the uhaul, the cabin smelled like a port-a-potty. Not even two miles from the uhaul place, I was pulled over as the uhaul did not have a tag. Is it common practice to rent a vehicle without assuring that there is a tag on it? That is not something that I WAS told to check for or even thought I had to check for. This was overall a poor experience and I will not be renting from this location again.

I made my reservation at The OW LLC 8237 Earhart Blvd. Apparently it was changed to the above location but no one informed me by email or call. The confirmation the day before by phone was for the time, but never mentioned the location change either. That AM, the OW was closed and I waited on hold for over 30 minutes before realizing the location had changed and I had to drive to the new place. Once I arrived, the help was great, but this was really poor service!

Austin’s equipment return process was quite brutal. I felt a little abused by his order barking and hyper analysis of the equipment. I understand and appreciate a thorough review, as I certainly wouldn’t want something overlooked on a truck I later rent. However, Austin’s process was something akin to watching a prisoner intake scene on an episode of Locked Up Abroad. Damned, dude. Scale it back.

My visit was the best ever. I’ve been using your company for years. I was frazzled, undecided and overwhelmed by my last min move. A employee named Ms Wanda was so patient and nurturing. She immediately calmed me down and help me make the best decision. Customer service has truly died but coming into contact with her made me realize it’s still people that enjoy their job and appreciate the customers which in return was the best customer service experience I’ve had in several years. I waited almost an hour to get a truck that was supposed to be picked up elsewhere, based on my initial order. The staff was rude, used her personal cell phone to take a picture of the front and back of my license (THIS IS A VIOLATION. WHY ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES SAVING MY DRIVERS LICENSE TO PERSONAL CELLPHONES?), and was just generally unhelpful.
