Check engine light was on; was told it was a 'sensor' problem. Problem was, during driving, a reminder bell would ring periodically. The woman managing the desk was pleasant,John C.

I was overcharged again. When I got the vehicle the marked milage was wrong so I took a picture and uploaded it. I also went in the store and told them before I took the vehicle off of the property. I am still being charged for all the extra mileage that was already on it that I did not put on it. The last time I rented from U-Haul they charged me for a whole another day even though I had returned the truck within 4 hours. I guess lesson learned.MICHAEL K.

The people were of no help when dropping the trailer off. There was a guy who was so engrossed in conversation with a couple that he disregarded any other customers. He finally directed us to move the uhaul under the canopy. Fast forward a week or so, I get billed for dropping the uhaul off late although it was only kept for less than 24hrs. My rental timeframe was 2 days. To top it off, I've been charged 152 for late return and extra mileage which is total bull! I turned the truck in early and not late and surely didn't drive extra miles!! Additionally to pick a uhaul in Boyce and return in New Orleans, no one shared there was even a set amount of mileage that could be driven. It's April 22nd and no one within Uhaul is dealing with the inaccurate over charges. Calling the location where the Uhaul was returned is a waste! This location need to be shut completely down because the employees there are illiterate!!DAVID R.

Y'all need more than one worker. The wait was extremely too long. I waited over an hour before I got to the front. The worker had to do the long process of checking you in when you have a reservation as well as go help people out their trailers on their cars etc. Y'all need more workers!TAHGMAH B.

At pickup we were told by the renter that the gas tank was at "a little above half". Visually, the gage needle was not completely off of the 1/2 mark, which agreed with the renter's statement. However, the renter listed on the rental agreement that the tank was 9/16's full. Prior to drop off, we filled the tank to the same visual level as rented that morning. A few days later there was an additional charge on our credit card for 3 gallons of gas. We unfortunately did not take a picture of the gage at pickup, and since we accepted the 9/16's statement on the rental agreement, we were stuck with the charge. BEWARE!! Do NOT rent a vehicle with less than a FULL tank. You are subject to someone's interpretation of the fullness of the tank. 3 gallons is a lot of "interpretation"!!
