The staff is very professional. I love the facility, it is clean and well kept. The most important piece was the orientation, very thorough. The facility manager was such a joy to work with able to answer all my questions and concerns. When I came back to sign the paperwork, another manager from the Groton site was there, and she was professional. What a great team.
