There was no real person there to help. It was all virtual. Not good for customer service. Wanna go virtual then do both. Have a live person too. My husband left his hat in the truck and I called there and the person that answered was not physically at the location and had no way of contacting anyone to help me. Terrible. I had someone drive to retrieve the hat. Luckily it was still there. Not a happy camper.

Gail SNEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION EVER. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A PLACE WHERE THERE ARE SOME ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS This location provided terrible service from the second you walk in the door. The office has no working central air. The inside temperature was unbearable. Secondly every interaction with a person was through a computer screen. The service representatives were unable to do anything. They had the wrong gate codes so when I was finished checking in I couldn't even get my vehicle. I was given poor instructions on where my truck was located in the back. I had to go wander around only to find it hidden in the very back of the property with no other uhaul vehicles. When it came time to return my vehicle they said that they were unable to help with my actual return and that I would have to use "the app". I understand that SOME people may not want to deal with person to person interaction but that is not me.
