Make sure your system actually works… the being triple charged is just insane to me!
CARL AWhen a location is selected, there should be something saying that u haul won't deliver a truck to the location you selected.
Rachel Othe u-haul customer service people that have to deal with the re-scheduling have a lot of patience dealing with us grumpy customers. If you could change the internal policy to automatically tell a customer on initial order there are no trucks available at their preferred location and that the preferred location is not setup to have trucks on hand that would be helpful from a customer perspective. If a truck is not available at the customers preferred location it would be appreciated to be compensated for some of the mileage that is required to go to a new location.
