I arrived to a locked building. Someone came within 15 minutes so that was fine. He said I needed to return it by 7 and I told him I wouldn't have it that long. I called him when I arrived at 5:15 and he said he'd be there as soon as he could. I called again at 6 and texted at 6:15 and no response I finally opened a chat with uhaul and was informed there was an orange Dropbox for the key which I eventually found out near the road.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe U-Haul app has faults I needed the owner to come out and call into the company to get my truck and it was 2 hours later because of this.
Angela EWhen I reserved the trailer I picked a time for pick-up. I didn't realize I had to be there at that exact time. I ended up arriving 45 minutes later and had to wait 45 minutes for the owner to get there as he works 2 jobs. That wouldn't have been a problem had it been explained that I had to be there at that exact time.
Brian SOnly thing is I wanted to change to a one way on 2 trucks . I got to my destination and didn't need to bring 3 back . I called to see if I could change and i couldn't .
Anthony KCannot give good rating due to the drop off location was vacated and and had to search for a good phone number to call to get assistance. Was told to put key in drop box ( there at 4pm) and did not feel right just leaving the truck there.
