When I googled U-Haul locations this one did not pop up. I was on my way to the one on Rand road and Camp McDonald and saw this one passing by. The man was very helpful. We were in and out!Charles U.

The Operator did not understand that I completed all information online and I had share my Drivers license and give him all the information on application for rental again. I would advise UHAUL Corporate to do a better job of instructing your third party licensed agencies of how to give the customer a seamless process of providing the customer a better experience with less hassel.Patrick D.

When I return the vehicle the guy told me I could leave without any paper work, verifying odometer, anything. Later I was shocked when I saw $5,1xx.xx in my on line bank statement based on wrong mileage. I did not get credit for that since it had happened more than a week ago.Hai S.
