The app was the worst part of the experience. It took over 25 minutes to check out, and nearly 45 to check the truck back in. Nothing on the app loaded properly, and it was not due to cell coverage. The app was barely functional; it took several minutes to move from one section to another, photos wouldn’t load or let me proceed. Terrible experience.

Andaline MTerrible parking situation, there is barely any room to turn around and back it in, there was literally 1 spot left; if anyone had parked there, I would not have been able to drop off the u-Haul.
