I was promised a $50 discount credit in mileage by phone by the UHaul manager a day before my rental, when UHaul forced me to rent a 15" truck instead of the 20" I reserved in a location further away from the requested. I had to pay for a long taxi ride to make it to the unwanted location. The service at the location was fine, nothing to comment, other than they were unaware of the discount and couldn't apply it in their system. Of course, I had to no time to waste during my moving date to try and call UHaul customer service to get this sorted.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkCamion très sale à mon arrivé avec plusieurs débris à l’intérieur le jeune homme est venu le vider quand je l’ai aviser.Impossible de voir le km sur le camion parce que l’écran indiquait seulement pneus mou et la conduite du camion était difficile vue les pneus.Je n’arrive pas à avoir de facture de ma location par ce que quand je clique dessus sa me dit que c’est 4000$ mais en vrai c’est 250$. J’appel on me transfert au responsable qui lui ne parle pas français et me dit ne pas comprendre pourquoi j’ai son numéro. Je ne recommande à personne pire service et surtout la qualité du camion. Je louais un camion à chaque année pour un bbq d’employées c’est la dernière fois que je fais affaire avec uhaul.
