She explained everything in detail and answered any and all questions yes the vehicle was clean The .NEGATIVE This Rental vehicle Steering’s wheel. had too much play DID NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY When steering it was hold vehicle in the road and from drafting into someone else’s lane. We were scared nervous and on panic the entire trip . I have used U-Haul many times before but this was a new one I BELIEVE FROM NOW ON I WILL HAVE TO PRE DRIVE THE RENTAL VEHICLE BEFORE TAKING IT INTO MY POSSESSION
