This drop off closed early for a Saturday.... noon! The location is in a horrible location to try and drop off a large truck and auto transport! However, Heather in customer service, was very helpful and guided me through the return.

We were scared nervous and on panic the entire trip . I have used U-Haul many times before but this was a new one I BELIEVE FROM NOW ON I WILL HAVE TO PRE DRIVE THE RENTAL VEHICLE BEFORE TAKING IT INTO MY POSSESSION

TYRONE FGood morning, I paid 4 days for the U-Haul rental. I only used the rental for two days. Why am I not getting reimbursed for the two days that I didn't utilize the U-Haul truck? I originally had doubts of renting the additional two days, because i didn't know if I would have help to unload my property. The agent who booked the reservation said it would be best to go ahead and add additional days if I was in doubt, and that I would be reimbursed if I returned the U-Haul early. Please advise.
Tony MI could never reach anyone at the drop off location. No one was ever there physically, the place was locked up. I called and left numerous voicemails and never received a call back.
MARK VI had to wait for 1:30 hr for my truck pick up because of Server was slow and the lady who was there doesn't know full process she had to contact others. MOVING NEEDS DOLLY YOU JUST CANNOT SAY WE DON'T HAVE. YOU CHARGE FOR DOLLY AND DON'T PROVIDE IT. I NEED REFUND

lorenza gThe reservation was changed very late. I arrived and the employee seemed to be sleeping. There was no information shared, just "sign here" and "here are the keys." Overall transaction was very unprofessional, and I would not recommend this location.

VERONICA MThis was the worst experience of my entire life. It honestly made me never want to move again. My location for my pickup was moved at the time of my pickup and the location was an hour away. Will probably never use a U-Haul again.

Sharanna BWe rented a 10' truck, drove it 800 miles with no problems. The truck was new, clean and drove surprisingly well.
Matt HRequest a refund on my mileage overage charge. I drove an extra 20 miles on 6/28 when I ordered, picked up, and drove home a uhaul ramp trailer only to be called back to the store as I was given an in town rental instead of a one way rental. This took over two hours and mileage/gas for a 20 mile round trip for the 26' truck.
Jeffrey MTruck needed a tune up wouldn't go past 5-10 mph and was shaking and making a loud noise. Someone left their id and you can tell it wasn't cleaned out for next use.

Kathy HDid not have all equipment I had requested available. They said I could try to find it at another location-not acceptable. My reservation was not last minute. I was not charged for items, but sure did need them.

Tammy PMade reservation several days in advance. Upon pickup, they had none of the additional items available (furniture pads, appliance dolly). Trailer had to get new tire while I waited as well. Then, an hour after pick up, my credit card was flagged for fraud as a $5,050 charge was attempted. This was a new card and only Place used was this location.
James TThis location as exceptional. When another location said they didn't have the proper equipment a call to River City Investments quickly resolved our problem and they had the necessary equipment. Very professional, polite, and efficient in completing our order.
