The mobile checkout did not work from my phone. Fortunately, I anticipated this and set my pickup for when the store was still open. I went to go inside the store at 6:55pm and was told they're closed even though they close at 7pm. We finally got mobile checkout to work on my girlfriend's phone, and when we looked in the back of the truck, neither the dolly, nor the blankets that were on our order were in the truck. No one has reached at as promised on the app (supposed to be contacted within 48 hours). Overall another classic U-Haul experience. I don't know why I keep using you guys.Stefan L.
When the next customer reserves 4 furniture dollies, you should have 4 furniture dollies, instead of just one. And, when you say you are emailing the next customer a receipt, you should actually do it.Sean D.

When I picked up the trailer, I waited nearly 30 minutes for somebody to put it on my car. Upon return, I even had to help them put the trailer back in the spot which made this significantly harder to work with than the location across town. Finally, they did not close out my rental appropriately and I had to go back to correct it. I would have just called, but nobody answers there.Michael James O.

It took a 1/2 hour from app open to driving away with truck. I stared at 1:35 and figured 10 minutes to reserve so I put 1:45 pick up. I wasn't done with reservation till 2:05 yet they still had my start time at 1:45. It didn't matter to me because I didn't need that 20 minutes but the next person might. Rental time should start when reservation is complete and customer is ready to drive away with rental.Juan C.

I originally went to the state street location. The person I ordered the u haul from originally ordered a too small truck that we didn't ask for and she ordered it for a day too short. So I had to go to the 1 st street location to get the correct size truck which was an inconvenience big timANGELA R.

Make the online reservation more streamline. You have to check in and walk to the door to scan a bar code for location. Then you have to walk to the other side of the lot to find your truck after you find your truck you have to enter more info. Then you have to walk all the way to the other side of the lot to retrieve the keys. There is no parking for your personal vehicle in the lot. To much back and forth to just rent a truck. My rental was for noon and by the time I left the lot it was almost 12:30.Frank D.
