I was actually stuck in Milton on a Sunday and needed a rental car. U-Haul was the only facility open other than going to the Toronto airport, at which point I might as well have taken home as that's not much further. Also, since I was going to get my trailer to move some stuff the van was also a welcome replacement. My only suggestion, at least for this location, would be to get a few cars for the inevitable customer breakdown/accident where a car would be welcome. Especially on a weekend when no one else seems to want to do business.

Customer service is extremely slow on the phone and in person at location.

You need more staff to check out vehicles. I had to wait over 45 minutes in line to get a vehicle that I had reserved on line the previous day for 9:30 am pickup. That's an unacceptable wait time. Others in line were equally frustrated at the wait. Next time I'll lease from one of your competitors. I would certainly NOT recommend this location.

Hi I found the counter staff to be a little apathetic towards me. I was waiting in line to checkin and pick up the trailor I had booked. The girl was on the phone so I waited. Another girl came and sat at another counter but didn't call me over to assist me. I had to walk over and ask if she could assist me. When I came back to drop off the trailer. I followed the signs that said "Stop here. A representative will attend to you shortly. No one ever came out so I had to go in the building. Customer Service didn't seem to be very important to the people working.

Long wait to pick up trailer with only one staff on. DId not explain at all the after hours procedure so it was a surprise on what to do. NOTE: MAIN UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. They phoned a day before rental and said they couldn't fill and really didn't care. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Tried for resolution and I was able to get and then asked for the guarantee and they said since able to get a trailer...too bad. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Tried to arrange the after hours drop off and this was handed poorly as well. BEST ADVICE - DEAL DIRECT WITH THE LARGE LOCATIONS NOT THE MAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ON LINE. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!

The drop off location was great big lot to turn and drop the trailer I’m not happy about the fact that the trailer blew a tire and uhaul left me on the side of the 401 for 4 and a half hours after sitting for an hour I texted back and they had forgotten to contact a road side company the had to find another

I watched the General Manager deal with a very difficult client just before I picked up my truck rental. While I didn’t deal with her as another staff member assisted I could over hear the conversation and she handled a very difficult, rude and obnoxious client very well. Amazing patience and professionalism

I was quoted approximately $70.00 and this was put on my credit card. I brought van back two hours earlier than I said I would. But final bill was $104.00 with a daily rate of $89.00. I filled the tank. If I had a price for two hours later lower than my final rate, why the extra charge?

I have the great displeasure of dealing with an employee who I believe was a manager. I rented a pick up truck and I was asked to put a $100 deposit using debit even though I offered my credit card. The vehicle had a little less than 1/2 tank of fuel, but my rental agreement showed 3/4. The employee that issued the vehicle said that she would make a note of it and that I shouldn’t worry about it. I bought the vehicle back later on the same day and was greeted by an employee who said I can leave the keys with him and he would finalize my rental and send me a confirmation email. I didn’t receive the email, so the next morning I visited the store and was met by an angry manager who tried to scold me for using my debit card as a method of payment. She then told me I owed money for gas. I actually put more in the tank than I was required to. Then she demanded that i describe the first employee that initially setup my rental. I’m sure employees are given id’s and I’d numbers which are logged on each customer transaction they perform. She was rude, disrespectful and condescending. She has no people skills and would definitely benefit from some training.
