should have a crew that goes around and fixes things prior to rental. this location was ok .. lady was very nice however the trailer was very hard to open and the wiring harness was shot.. the person on location offered to switch it out but I was in a hurry and said ill fix it myself.

Dropped off a uhual that I had picked up. The uhaul I picked up reeked of smoke. They told me this. The lady that runs this location called me and got.shitty with me about the smell of the uhual. I told her lady I don't smoke it came like that.

The experience with Uhaul rental is disappointed. I reserved the truck online for a 26' truck on Sat for moving on Mon. I recalled they said I will be contacted a day before so it should be Sun no one contact me. On Mon when my friend went to Loveland location to pick the truck they said they don't have it and asked my friend to go to Milford to get it. When my friend went to Milford (it took half an hour be there with the heavy rain). Milford said they don't have the truck and referred my friend to go to another location again. Later they agreed there is one reserved to other client and et ys have it. We appreciated this location's help. Yet the truck was only a quarter fueled. We have to fuel it first before we go. The lady in Milford location also advised we can return to location near to our drop off place as long as we call the store. We did call and the guy said that we can return to it. When my friend returned the truck the location said we should return to Powell location and eventually need to wait for an hour for the return. The experience with this rental truck is bad and I am not sure how their system work.

The after hours pick up was a NIGHTMARE!!! The after hours pickup was suppose to take 10 minutes. It Took 96 minutes!!!!!!!! My wife and her friend, were in a dark parking lot, no light on, for 96 minutes while I talked to 5 different people to get the remote process to work. On the face the remote pick up is a great idea, unfortunately the bugs have not been worked out and three of us wasted an hour and half trying to make this work. U-Haul should have give. Us a free rental for all we went thru. Terrible terrible customer service.

Dana told me.what to look for in next rental and reserved our next truck. If not for Dana we would have gone with Budget rent a truck instead of U haul. Dana is a blessing , so glad U haul has her as a representative !!

It's a used clothing store. The lady wasn't very friendly and was busy with clothing customers, but she showed us where to park the trailer. We had to unhook the trailer ourselves....no big deal but if it was someone smaller they may have had a problem.

The one person working at the facility during the time I came in did not really have any knowledge about how to complete the van rental process. Said she was getting trained in a couple of days. Had to speak with someone over the phone during the whole transaction. She was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but things took a long time....

I was a half hour late for pickup, which was at 10:30. Arrived at @ 11 the system was down so I stood there for a entire hour waiting for the system to come back up. Finally the ladies boss gave her the approval to do the transaction by writing all the info down on paper and calling my bank for approval. The following day I check my bank account, got charged 3X by Uhaul! Thankfully it didn't overdraw my account. Not the best experience, overall the lady was very nice and apologetic .
