Had issues with the equipment breaking down while in use
David LPersonnel I spoke with on the phone a few days earlier was able to inform me where the trailer should be dropped off. However, upon dropping off the trailer, the personnel were not very helpful in checking in the rental, so I made sure to do it thru the App so everything was documented.
KEIH MThe equipment was great. However, my reservation was supposed to be until 2:00pm but I was informed I had to have it back at 11:30am. I rushed to get things done to get the equipment back, even though my reservation was valid and paid for. I got the equipment back on time but as I drove past at 4:00pm, the equipment had not been moved at all. I could have not rushed as much if I had been allowed to have my reservation as I had originally scheduled and paid for. In addition, I was charged for furniture pads but I was never given any.
