I reserved the truck weeks in advance. We were told the day before we had to go to another location. We wen to the new location which was so out of the way. There was no truck. We were told there may not be a truck at all!!! this is unacceptable !!! They called 1.5 hours later to say that there was a truck. I have never in my life had such a bag experience with a company better,. It is a disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!!

My pickup and drop off locations were great. However, Uhaul dropped the ball on my reservations initially and took quite a bit of effort to get things straightened out. In the end it all worked out fine.

I made a reservation online and completed the express online check-in as recommended to speed Up pickup. The attendants were great but the system wouldn't accept multiple phone numbers. It took over a half hour of trying before they could make it work. What is the point of online express check-in if they have to enter all of the information anyway???

This is the second time I've rented equipment from this location that are dirty or not swept on the inside! I don't recommend this location.

The only problem,other than the fact that u haul raised the rates from just a month ago and I went from basically the same place to the same place but this time I paid about 25$ more for a 15 foot over a 20 foot,is that u hauls computer program sucks so it took 15 minutes for the kind folks at the pick up location to activate a rental that was already in the system.I also have an account.

We set up two trailers on June 3rd in plenty of time for our move on June 30th. When we checked on them on the 29th - they told us neither of them were now available - after we had received confirmation emails they would be. Needless to say this created a lot of stress and many phone calls. The person at the store blamed it on U-haul dispatchers. Regardless, we will not go there again any time soon.

The truck was ready to go and the staff was very helpful. The only negative was that they didn't have the furniture pads I ordered online in stock. Fortunarely I was able to use blankets from a bed I was moving, but this small item missing could have really impacted negatively my move.

I did not like the last minute call changing the location of my PU.

Store would not hook up my trailer for me or even check it to make sure I hooked it up correctly. A customer standing behind me offered to assist me. Store told me that if they touched it and hooked it up and something happened they would be sued. Crap

took too long to check in even after I prechecked in online. She asked me everything again eventhough I used the online method.

I wanted to add insurance and went to the website. I had absolutly horrible service - after waiting through the LONG queue I was answered but before the insurance could be added, the phone call was dropped. The line just went dead. The second time I asked the person to promise to call me back if the call was dropped. The call WAS dropped, but no one called me back. I did this a THIRD time, got the promise to call me back, the phone went dead, but no one called me back. I am now on my FOURTH attempt to complete this transaction, and am waiting through the phone queue for the fourth time. This is without doubt the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The president of the company ought to try doing this - I bet things would change in a hurry.

They never messaged me to confirm rental the day before. Clerk seemed unfamiliar with computer program, and unfamiliar with u-haul's policy for unused rental days (she said they could be refunded). Neither clerk was quick to assist, rather they helped two customers that came in after us while we were waiting at the desk.
