The truck smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The check engine light came on about 1 hour into our 5 hour trip and when we called the Pickup location office we were told that the check engine light had come on before and that the truck had just been serviced, and they found no issues. They then asked if we had purchased the insurance and basically told us to continue on and to call the number on the Key if we broke down. Trip was rather stressful considering we weren't sure the trip would make it. Fortunately we made it to our destination and was able to return the truck. The truck needs to be serviced properly to avoid having this happen to the next rental.
RAY DEasy pick up and drop off. Guy was great to work with. Would use them again.

JOHN TThis location is a disorganized mess. The online pick up process was not simple. The U-Haul I received had a dead battery, which ultimately delayed my move dramatically. I rented a U-haul to accommodate a 3-4 bedroom home. I received a U-Haul for a 1-bedroom. When questioned, they told me they didn’t have any available but couldn’t answer how it wasn’t available after I reserved it in advance. I highly do NOT recommend this location. Travel the distance and go elsewhere.
