The team member was friendly and accommodating, equipment was clean and in excellent shape, and the whole process was quick and smooth.
Thomas RTrailer needs landing gear. I was quite surprised the trailer did not have landing gear. Unable to drop the trailer and move the tow vehicle out of the way, because after the trailer is loaded, I would be unable to lift it, especially by myself.
