Rental agent was rude and charged us twice after we left the facility. Is there Andy thing I can do to get the money back for the extra charges .
Edgard U.instruct this impatient rude and lyin individual how to run a uhaul place its supposed to be a simple hassle free experience he charge me double for a one day rental of 6 miles thats how close i live to this place and i made one trip one load it shouldve been no more than 69 dollars not 130
