A complete lack of customer service is what we received from Eric and Anthony. When the utility dolly that was forgotten, the lady who answered was initially nice but as soon as I asked for corporates information to file a complaint against Anthony and Eric she changed her tone in voice and was no longer pleasant. When we returned the vehicle Matt who was outside checking in vehicles returned was short and irritated that we didn't put our money in the bank and had to pay the extra mileage in cash. Ty was the only pleasant person in the entire experience. I work at a call center and the LACK of customer service this location gave us was beyond disgusting. Word of mouth is key and returning customers are supposed to be valued. But this locations showed UHaul doesn't place any importance on customer service.

This location is new and looks great. I've rented here 3-5 times over the past 2 years. What I can say is the staff is NOT friendly. There has never been a smile or eye contact or anything that makes me feel welcome or appreciation for renting at this location. The van I rented had dried bugs all over the window and hadn't been vacuumed. I inadvertently left my cell phone in the van. When I returned, I found it on the floor of the van in plain sight. If they'd actually cleaned the van, they would have seen it. Again, my biggest concern, is the staff.
Can you tell your employees to wear masks and enforce it with your customers. One didn't wear one at all, the other had a chin diaper. Thanks!!
I reserved a 10 foot truck and was unaware that a ramp was not included. This hindered my moving operation.

This is the second uhaul I have been to out here and my experience with the first one was way better, this place I had to go get the truck myself the pictures that I had to compare the vehicle to were taken at night and when I brought the vehicle back the guy said he was going to charge me a gas fee and I told him that I have two photos from when to when I came back the gas needle didn't move and he still didn't believe me and the his response was like I guess I can believe you and as of right now I two pending transactions for u haul so idk if he just went ahead and charged me the gas fee anyways. So no this was a good experience
The check in person was knowledgeable, efficient and had a careing attitude.
The send to 3 different location s to get a truck to small for me.the fist location was the worst ever .the clerk was rude and sarcastic on the call refusing to tell me were the location was and on the call he say I didn't have reservetion.I us to work for Uhaul is so sad .

A/c didn't work in truck
It all went pretty smoothly. I've rented from U-Haul many times and have used round padlocks also but was stumped by the lock that used a word instead of numbers. We had the phrase right but none of us knew how to open it and when the employee came out he popped it off quickly. It would be quite helpful to not only give the lock phrase but how to pull (??) the lock open. We were out in 100+ temperatures, trying to operate a lock that had been soaking up sun & was nearly too hot to touch:(
Customer service was very poor. Employee did not recommend other services that would of help me. Her customer service skills needs improvement, she had an attitude instead of admitting she was wrong.
Truck was not cleaned or sanitized-there was garbage in the cab, even after the attendant â€œcleaned itâ€ once I notified the office that it was dirty. The truck was damaged- trailer skirting completely ripped off of one side. The female in the office as well as Anthony who â€œcleanedâ€ the truck both had horrible attitudes! The truck was marked as having zero miles on it, which would have amounted to a $13,000 charge!!
Csr was not too friendly.... my pick up spot was changed because where I was originally suppose to pick up the truck didn't have the size I wanted,so they sent me to a place that was more than double the Milage round trip from my house....54 miles round trip .. ridiculous

This comment is for training purposes for the lady that waited on me. She did not have the detailed answers to my questions regarding the different coverage for the insurance that was offered, someone else had to explain the answers to me. Also, she verbally directed me to the rental truck instead of walking me out to it. I was not able to inspect the truck because it was parked too close to the other trucks. I had to go back inside the UHaul store for assistance with getting access to the truck. At that time the lady came out to drive the truck out of the small space that it was parked in so I could complete the inspection. Upon returning the truck I did not stop for gas. Due to the close distance of the area that I drove and back to the UHaul store, I used very little gas but the service guy that I returned the truck to said I would be charged $43 for the gas. I did not use $43 worth of gas but he said that's policy. I don't agree with that policy.

The reception was rude when I called back to let her know that I had requested for 24 hour service and she put down for 6 hours..when I called Maggie answered and she was so rude when she told me its marked here you got u haul truck for 24 hours..I told yes becau she e I had talked to Ty.. than i said thank you..I just didnt want to be liable for xtra money if it had been put down for a different time..I had gotten an email with her ingor for 6 hours..But Ty took care of it..and everything was great!! I will definitely go back but will not do business with her..she has NO Customer service!!!
Key wasn't in truck the day of my online pickup. The next day the lady working helped me to get to get a different truck.
The person that helped me at the desk with my rental was not very friendly, he did his job well but was not very helpful or flexible. I have gone to this location many time and i have been treated better sometimes than others, My truck had a check engine light on when I get in the truck and less than a 1/2 tank of gas. When ever I have gone into this place it has always been clean and neat, so that is good. I rent often so like to have nice truck that are well kept and in good working shape. Thanks,
The older lady working there was condescending and a liar. I checked online for a trailer for a 3 day rental, it was available. When I arrived she said they can only tent for 6 hours they don't rent for 3 days. I had to go and reserve online, then reurn and pick up the trailer. Wasted over an hour because she wouldn't help.
