The equipment I requested was not in the truck which caused a huge inconvenience in trying to move large furniture and boxes. WORST of all, there is a 2' wide patch of grass that runs along the front of where all the trucks are parked and there were dozens of huge piles of dog SHIT all over the grass. I didn't realize it until I was required to step to the front of the truck to compare photos and stepped in it. I had to throw my shoes in the trash. Not only is that repulsive but UNSANITARY. I'll never return to this facility.

Van was not available at the time and place promised on reservation made several days before. $50 credit was promised but not received 5 days later, and I had to call to hopefully receive. Based on time wasted, stress and extra gas, this was not adequate compensation as reassigned location was 30 miles away from planned location.

I've never seen a u-haul truck that was so clean. Staff was super friendly and treated us great. We were worried about moving during a pandemic, but they had taken every precaution!
