I din't have a big problem except incorrect amount charged. I had a BIG problem with Dave U haul in Medford that is how I ended up at Russ I've been calling U Haul center and have been promised a call back. I'm still waiting!

This is the only location I knew about in the area in which I live and though I found out the day after I returned it that it was to the wrong location this place and Ani Pleshek worked together with the area manager and returned it to the correct location without any additional fees since I didnt find out until the day after I dropped it off. Emily HThere was a discrepancy between the amount of fuel originally listed in the vehicle than was actually in it. I refueled the vehicle to the amount that was shown on the gauge originally but was charged extra for refueling.
